GARY NEVILLE reckons Paul Scholes has “snapped” after his former team-mate again savaged Manchester United’s midfielders.
The Red Devils fell to an embarrassing 2-1 home defeat to Brighton in their Prem opener yesterday.

And he was still fuming the following morning.
He wrote on his Instagram story: “Thoughts for the week.

Over on Twitter, Neville could only laugh at his old pal.
He wrote: “And over on Instagram Scholesey has snapped ”

United fans online backed their former star, with one writing: “Why not give Scholes the chance to coach our midfield.”
Another wrote: “I think Scholes needs to be given a role at United to coach our midfielders. McTominay needs to learn a lot.”

Yesterday, Scholes said: “Fred constantly giving the ball away.
“McTominay running with the ball in attack when he’s got Sancho, Rashford ahead of him.

Roy Keane also laid into them, adding: “We shouldn’t be that surprised. We’ve spoken about the changes in the team and the personality of the new manager and of course he will need time.
